Over the last few years, no technological industry has bloomed quite like the cryptocurrency sector. With its burgeoning use-cases, and financial implications, the market as a whole is here to stay and perhaps even overthrow the current financial system. As such, the Church must begin to ask this question:
“How might God be glorified through cryptocurrency?”
At first glance this might seem to be a strange question. However, this question is not just practical, it is theological and paradigmatic of a larger, much deeper reality that Christians must grasp. This is a question that deals with one practical issue on the surface, and a litany of theological concerns hiding in the deep. The question "How might God be glorified through cryptocurrency," can be easily translated, "How does God teach us to think about the world, and our culture?"
